Go to Florence!

Florence

From Florence’s reputation, you might guess it’s a huge, sprawling metropolis, but when you get off the train, you’ll quickly realize it’s reputation hasn’t tarnished the charm and beauty of a true Renaissance city. Home to greats like Donatello, Michaelangelo, Dante and Machiavelli to name a few, you’ll be able to enjoy this town in a well-organized weekend trip.

From what I’ve seen in my visits here, the clubs, while tons of fun are discreet and sometimes hard to find. Keep an eye out for flyers for the pub-crawl in town that meets up on the hill of the fake David and moseys towards town throughout the rest of the night.
Located about a mile south of the city are two classy outdoor clubs. Be sure to hold on to the ticket they hand you on your entrance, as it may be your exit ticket as well. Instead of paying for each drink along the way, your ticket is stamped each time, and you pay on your way out. Without it, I’ve heard of bills up to €100.
