4/23/10 Andy and his Weekend Student Adventures team win the Annual Business Plan Competition sponsored by the Gigot Center for Entrpreneurial studies at the #1 Nationally Ranked Mendoza College of Business. The WSA concept has been developed over the last two years around Andy's passion for connecting students to the culture they're visiting in a respectful and in-depth way. Over 100 teams entered the competition, and the WSA team faced some tough competition including business ideas based on ultra-efficient diesel hybrid engine technology, all the way to bone marrow transplant technology development. In the end, WSA came out on top.
